Police Colonel Jonathan Abella, chief of the Mandaue City Police Office , told CDN Digital that their monitoring were still continuous but they were having a hard time locating these men especially since they have with them a large amount of money and jewelry worth millions of pesos that would help them while they are hiding.

Abella suspected that the four at large suspects might have been able to come in and out of Cebu to sneak out their stolen goods in small quantities, as it would be easier for the suspects to travel in and out when they only bring with a piece or two of the stolen items.
