BACOLOD CITY — Two days after a minor was killed here, another minor was gunned down by unidentified armed men, this time at Abada Escay Zone 3, Barangay Vista Alegre Thursday, June 23.

Police withheld the name of the 14-year-old victim who was the 11th in a series of shooting incidents here this month. Bonilla said the victim ran upon seeing the perpetrators. However, he was chased until the perpetrators caught up with him. The perpetrators, who were wearing bonnets, left after the incident as seen in a closed circuit television camera footage.Bonilla said they are eyeing three angles behind the incident, considering the background of the victim.
