THE Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in Albay announced the suspension of work and distance learning sessions on Monday, October 26, 2020, because of Severe Tropical Storm Quinta .
The cyclone, which is intensifying, is forecast to make landfall in either Rapu-Rapu or Bacacay in Albay between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council .
