Eminem's 2013 hit

Eminem’s 2013 hit “Rap God” just reached a major milestone as its music video has surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube.

“A billion stans can’t be wrong! Thank to YouTube and the community for taking such great interest in this wild video,” the 47-year old said in a statement. The song, which peaked at no. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2013, marks the rapper’s third video to hit one billion views, joining 2010 chart-topping hits “Love the Way You Lie” and “Not Afraid”.

Eminem is currently the fourth most subscribed artist on the platform with over 41 million YouTube subscribers. Meanwhile, the most viewed video of all the time in YouTube belongs to Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” with over six billion views.
