Karamihan sa mga undocumented OFWs ay mga household service workers na nakaranas ng pang-aabuso tulad ng pananakit, hindi pagbigay ng sapat na pagkain at hindi pagbayad ng sahod. Ito na ang ikalimang batch ng undocumented OFWs na nakauwi ng Pilipinas sa ilalim ng Embassy Assisted Repatriation Program sa pakikipagtulungan ng Kuwaiti government.
"Bahagi ito ng tuloy-tuloy na programa na pagtulong sa mga kababayan nating in distress," ani vice consul Adrian Baccay ng Philippine Embassy sa Kuwait.Nitong taon lang, may 264 na undocumented OFWs ang nakauwi sa Pilipinas sa ilalim ng EARP. Sa mga distressed at undocumented OFWs sa Kuwait na gusto nang umuwi, puwedeng tumawag sa EARP hotline o ATN hotline ng Philippine Embassy sa Kuwait.
