Base sa mga resultang inilabas mula Hunyo 24 hanggang 25, negatibo sa COVID-19 ang 55 close contacts ng nasabing BFP personnel nang pumunta ito sa Boracay. Kasama sa mga naging close contact ng nasabing BFP personnel ang 5 iba pang BFP personnel, hotel personnel, mga pasahero sa bangka at ang bangkero.
Sa kabila ng magandang balita, patuloy na nagpapaalala sa publiko ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Malay na patuloy na sumunod sa mga safety protocol katulad ng pagsusuot ng face mask at pagsunod sa physical distancing.
