Three people were killed after their tricycle was hit by a speeding pickup car along the road in Alibadabad village in Isabela, police said. | VillVisayaJrINQ /PDI

Investigators said two fatalities — Jacqueline Merlin, 35, and Chona Monasquil, 35 — were declared dead on arrival at the San Mariano Medical Hospital.
