The easterlies will affect the eastern section of the country, weather bureau PAGASA reported on Saturday.

According to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms and possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country will be light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
