“While we are working hard to protect our people from the virus, these criminals freely roam and pose a danger to public health. This blatant disregard of our laws should merit immediate deportation and blacklisting,” Hontiveros said in a statement.

How did the Chinese national operating an underground hospital in Pampanga came in. BI should be investigated and the illegals investigated and jailed

If they were caught why weren't they taken into custody?

Alert list only? Why not deport them?

No contact tracing? The government practice is selective (checkpoint strict but not here), dangerous (not search for PUI roaming around), illegal (but no arrests made) , passive (wait for BI?).
