Two Chinese men were arrested in Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija over a shipment of shabu with an estimated street value of P1.632 billion, the Bureau of Customs said on Saturday, October 31.

The BOC described the two who were apprehended as “Chinese nationals” but did not provide their names or other details. Upon examination, the shipment was found to contain 240 packs of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.
