Written consent that the passenger is willing to test or undergo quarantine at the destination should the local government require it;The memorandum circular requires that the passenger gets a ticket 2 days before the trip either online or at the terminal. Passengers are prohibited to buy a ticket on the day of the trip except for emergency.
Passengers are reminded to wear face masks and face shields, bring alcohol and sanitizer, and observe 1-meter physical distancing.
