BACOLOD CITY––Ten Shih Tzus, including four puppies, died Thursday, Oct. 14, in a fire that hit a room of a building in Bacolod City.Chief Inspector Rodel Legaspi, city fire marshal, said they received the fire alarm at 11:57 a.m. and placed it under control at 12:06 p.m.
The fire, which began in the bedroom of spouses Noel and Jane Chu on the third floor, was believed to be “electrical in nature.”
