A Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu on Monday reserved judgment in a case filed by Bashir Shariff Machina on Yobe North APC senatorial primary

The Presiding Judge, Justice Fadimatu Aminu reserved judgement on the pre-election case, saying a judgement date will be communicated to the parties involved in the suit.

In an interview with newsmen shortly after the adjournment of the case, Counsel to Ahmad Lawan, Ahmed Raji, prayed the court to strike out the case because it was filed out of time.
