The Damaturu Veterans’ Badminton Club said it has organised a one-day badminton tournament to celebrate the return of peace in Yobe State.

Geidam said the essence of the tournament was to fraternise with each other, interact and maintain friendliness. He listed the participating clubs to include Damaturu Veterans, Nguru Desert Shuttles, Potiskum, Biu and Kanem Badminton Clubs.
