Kebbi State Governor, Atiku Bagudu was the Special Guest of Honour at this year’s 4th annual Women Ramadan lecture organised by the office of the wife of the Governor of Kebbi.
The Governor used the occasion to charge both women and men to equally contribute to their state and always excel so that leaders could serve them better.Over 2,500 women and young girls gathered to be educated by different scholars on various topics such as the roles of leadership in Islam, Effects of divorce on the family and How to perfect prayer.
The wife of the governor, Dr Zainab Bagudu, thanked everyone involved in organizing the event. In particular she thanked her husband, the governor and his administration for supporting the program
