Woman poisons stepdaughter in Katsina

Abubakar, who resides in the Sabuwar Unguwar Quarter, Rimi Local Government Area of the state, allegedly laced the food she gave the four-year-old victim, who was the daughter of her husband’s late wife.He said the suspect was arrested on November28, 2019.

In the course of investigation, the suspect confessed to have conspired with his girlfriend, one Murja of Zamfara State.

Kasim told newsmen in an interview at the police headquarters that he only collected N2,000 out of the N200,000 part payment made from the N10m ransom demanded from his father.
