Onotu David Onimisi, popularly known as Poetic Oracle, is a spoken word poet. He is a British Council Creative Lives alumnus, a 2013 first stage winner of Youth Enterprise with Innovation presidential initiative in Nigeria and, currently, the vice chairman of the Association of Nigerian Authors in Plateau State.
