The Head of Service of the Federation Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita has explained that lack of commitment by previous administrations hindered the execution of projects across the country, especially completion of facilities at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria .
Oyo-Ita disclosed this during the commissioning of 250 blocks of male hostels and inspection of some facilities at the Institute in Abuja. She said some of the comissioned facilities were abandoned due to lack of commitments from previous administration to complete the projects, adding that the facilities if utilised would bring funds into the government coffers.
According to her, the project is very transparent because money was set aside by the government and it was well utilised to the last kobo, stressing that facilities were in line with the vision of the federal civil service.
