Luis Suarez could be on his way back to the Premier League in a shocking move to join Liverpool rivals, Aston Villa.
The former Liverpool striker is currently considering a move to reunite with Steven Gerard at Aston VillaGerrard has already brought back another former teammate, Philippe Coutinho to the Premier League this January transfer window on loan from Barcelona. Spanish journalist Gerard Romero, who interviewed Suarez on his Twitch channel in October, said Gerrard is trying to bring the striker to Villa Park and has made an approach to him.
Romero said that the veteran striker, Suarez has received offers from three Brazilian clubs – Palmeiras, Corinthians and Atletico Mineiro – as well as another from Saudi Arabia, but has turned down those offers as he wants to ‘focus’ on the proposal from Villa.
