Three brothers arraigned over alleged N1.6m fraud

The Police, on Monday arraigned three brothers in an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Court in Osun for alleged N1.6million fraud.

The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Monday Ojiezele, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on Feb. 12 at about 2:00 pm at Hotel Diganga, Ile-Ife. According to him, the defendants obtained the sum in the pretence of selling four acres of land at the fe/Ibadan Toll Gate, a transaction they failed to carry out.
