Residents of Ikere-Ekiti, headquarters of Ikere Council Area of Ekiti State are now living in trepidation following the gruesome killing of a 78-year-old widow by suspected ritualists.
The deceased’s son Mr. Eyitope Aranilewa told our correspondent that his mother got missing on Friday, 29, May 2020 around 6: 45am while washing clothes in front of her residence at the popular moshood road, Odo-Oja area of Ikere-Ekiti. “The matter was instantly reported to the Police. It was while at the police station that information came that the corpse of Mrs Arannilewa was found at a place not far from the home.
