What Buratai needs to do is to conduct more Army-Civilian medical & engineering outreaches. Improve in sports and humanitarian services with members of the populace. The Army should reorientate her personnel to be more professional and humane

...and the irony is that the military is supposed to be the epitome of discipline and restraint. They are supposed to be the example we should follow. Sad...
But that's what they are. In our society, (due to the long term effects of colonialism and our inability for progressive thinking) we have found ourselves in a state where the military is seen as above the law and can get away with whatever atrocity they choose to commit.
