The Lagos state government says it will BAN the use of Okada as means of transportation in the State and also take control of abandoned vehicles including those in the nooks and crannies of the State.
About time....
This is long overdue. Okada in Lagos and environs is becoming mostly dominated by foreigner boys with no known identification or contact address paving way for growth of crimes and reckless cycling.
