After having ended the pre-season tour in the USA, Robert Lewandowski travelled to the city of Munich to officially say goodbye to all the Bayern Munich staff, as he had promised before joining Barcelona.

According to ‘Bild’, the attacker was in the German club’s facilities this Monday and he took a “farewell photo” in which he posed with the 19 official trophies he won in Germany. They include eight Bundesliga titles, a Champions League, a UEFA Super Cup and a Club World Cup.

Lewandowski will go to Bayern’s sporting complex on Tuesday to say hello for the final time to those who were his teammates and also the club’s employees, as he had promised when he said goodbye the first time. The Pole’s intention with this journey is to say goodbye in the best possible terms to the club he was at for so many years and also to his former teammates, who he has shared great moments with.
