Command’s spokesman William Aya, in a release, said the arrests were the result of a “continuous onslaught against kidnapping, armed banditry and other heinous crimes” in the state.A human skull was found on a suspected ritualist, police said, adding that various weapons were also recovered from the robbery suspects.
