“Wike administration’s response to check the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the state was legendary in the provision of isolation centres and palliatives to Rivers people.”

The Rivers State House of Assembly has hailed Governor Nyesom Wike’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, saying his administration has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to curb the spread of the deadly virus.

He, however, urged the people to adhere to all rules and directives of physical distancing and compulsory wearing of face masks to avoid the spread of the ravaging pandemic. ” The lawmakers pledge commitment to ensure quality representation and good governance under the watch of the governor as the Leader of the State”.
