Reps Demand End To Inhuman Treatment Of Nigerians In China

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila , Minority Leader, Rep Ndudi Elumelu , Deputy Minority Leader, Rep Toby Okechukwu & Chinese Ambassador, Zhou Pingjian after a meeting held on Friday 10 April, 2020 at the National Assembly on the inhuman treatment of some Nigerians in Beijing, ChinaThe leadership of the House of Representatives has expressed displeasure over the inhuman treatment meted out on some Nigerians by the Chinese authorities in Beijing.

According to him, viral media reports/videos from Beijing showed Nigerians being forced out of their houses and hotels, rounded up and their passports seized by the Chinese police. “The way you treat your citizens, we expect that’s how you’ll treat others. We will not tolerate our citizens breaking your laws, but the crime of one citizen cannot be used to stigmatize the whole country,” Gbajabiamila stated.

“We treat everyone equally, but during the implementation of the COVID-19 measures in China, it is possible for some incidents; all I do is to take it back home and today I will,” he said.

Well, I just hope they stick to their reply on not working as doctors. We are waiting for response... till Tuesday ....

In every picture our president and his vice will be missing... Where are those men self?

Anywhere we go in the world they shit on us. But our leaders dont care. One day I know it will happen to their kids. Fix nigeria and let our people come home.

Good move

No they should not stop, they should wait for us to start with the Chinese in Nigeria here first before they have sense.

Sincerely.. honourable Speaker Sir, you are doing well. True representation of the people

This is just a blind show of force. They wouldn’t even dare a Chinese ant. You can tell from the fact that Nigeria is now a Chinese colony. They are only doing this so that Nigerians wouldn’t get mad with them for not doing anything.

They wore mask but no hand glove

Someone who knows the truth

See fools!

finally!

Demand or move our people back to Nigeria right away and send back those 14 docs back to china

Summon the Chinese Ambassador to come and explain

Help common man on the street of Nigeria tell Mr president Muhammad Bihari that we are dying for the sit at home with the feeding as he promised Nigerians.

Audio

This is bad for Nigeria and it's the fault of FG, who can't appreciate what we have by importing Chinese medical personnel in spite of the feat that our medics have achieved here in the successful treatment of the Covid19 patients....

Just look at this..... What Nigerian's are facing

What about the inhuman and harassment of Nigerians by fellow Nigerians (Nigerian police)? Fresh story of a policeman who extorted money from some boys and forgot his phone in the car

I don't know why but no matter how hard I try to see the Chinese people as humans, something keeps telling they don't deserve the honour. There's a misery behind the mystery of the existence of the Chinese species.

Is it about demanding? The Reps should immediately organize evacuation from China ASAP. Stop making demands and start acting

Lol. Is it about

Has Xi been notified

I sincerely wish we live in a world where talking get things done. Let us move this to the diplomatic level; Consular Vs Consular, let the stakes be dangled.

Igbayi laaro abi? Since how many days now ? Guesss y'all were triggered to swing into action because of what happened last night .

The way this Chinese treat Nigerians is so annoying why would they go into there hotels rooms and flush them out , as if they are animals, is high time this Chinese are thought lessons that we Nigerians should not be taking for a ride

We are not ready

So the Ambassador have not pass the message from our government to his since yesterday when he met with our foreign affairs minister... Hmmmm all this people want try us abi

Send their doctors back

Then why are we inviting them over, is this not an irony. Why can't they just take care of our fellow Nigerians over there, there's something fishy about this whole thing.

Good step.

Na aboki president na waiting him Sabi na to send army against his own country people.

...take action

they still have time to take pictures

But you can go there to invite their doctors to Nigeria ...who is decieveing who.

Racist country called China

Fire for fire approach is what they need for them to have sence and treat Africans as humans

The agitations by customers for clarity on how and when they would start enjoying free electricity for two months followed different statements and declarations by different stakeholders. … It’s a lie, no free electricity anywhere in Nigeria I just recharge yesterday 9th of April 2020! Wow, Nigerian masses are now good thinkers. I'm impressed. The authorities concern should clarify.
