Economists, developers, investors, government officials and other stakeholders are to brainstorm on advancing the real estate sector for sustainable economic growth.

The stakeholders are to bare their minds at the Wemabod Real Estate Outlook Conference 2023 holding on Friday, February 10, in Lagos, with the theme, ‘Enhancing Real Estate Business Amidst Uncertain Macro-Economic Dynamics.’

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Financial Derivatives Company Limited, Dr. Bismarck Rewane, is to deliver the keynote address, followed by sessions to promote investment, facilitate collaboration and drive growth in the industry.Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Wemabod Limited, Oluyemi Ejidiran, said the gathering provides a veritable platform for stakeholders to share ideas around challenges and opportunities in the industry.

He expressed the hope that the conference would attract huge attendance from across the world and provide avenue for meaningful dialogue and collaboration with a view to growing the sector. His words: “The real estate sector is a crucial component of the Nigerian economy and has the potential to drive economic growth and job creation. We believe that by bringing together industry leaders and other relevant stakeholders, this outlook conference will help to advance the sector and create new opportunities for growth.”
