According to the corps members, the yet-to-be identified colleagues were slapped by the official during one of their activities in the camp.

Some National Youths Service Corps members at the Orientation Cap in Benue State have protested against and condemned the assault on their colleagues by an official of the scheme.“Why them go slap corper for inside camp? Them they slap corper for inside camp,” one of them recording the video was heard saying.Another corps members said, “NYSC orientation camp in Benue State carnival has been disorganised. NYSC official slapped two corps members. This is rubbish.

Reminds me of my issue (Sagamu Ogun State- 1997) with the Camp Commandant, camp was almost shut down, all rules were relaxed including endurance trek. The army Captain agree say na man wey him meet. No be small issue 🤣🤣
