A former minister of Defence, Adetokunbo Kayode, SAN, has expressed the need for the Federal Government to change its tactics in tackling various rising security challenges facing the country.

He recalled that a team from the United States of America, in its intelligence report in 2011, had predicted the current security problem in Nigeria, but only said it would happen in 2030, if certain steps were not taken. According to him, the country should not be expecting different results when it was using same approach to tackle the security challenges over the years.
