Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested a husband and wife who were said to have stage managed the kidnap of their daughter.
It was gathered that the parents were arrested on Sunday after policemen who had been monitoring the incident received intelligence reports that the parents had allegedly arranged their daughter’s abduction. Sources said the parents of Stephine were still being interrogated by the Police B-Division, Warri, a of Monday evening.
