The Benue police command says it has arrested James Aondona, a sergeant, over his alleged involvement in the murder of one Aondohumba Terkula, a resident of the state.According to the police, the sergeant allegedly killed Terkula on Sunday during an altercation between the duo at Ngibo, Katsina-Ala LGA, Benue.

Anene Sewuese, Benue police spokesperson, in a statement on Monday, said the officer was posted to the area where the incident took place.Sewuese said the deceased has been deposited at the General Hospital, Katsina-Ala.Advertisement“Benue State Police Command has arrested Sgt.
