THE Permanent Secretary, Police Service Commission, William Alo, has lost his 10-year-old son, Mathew Akachukwu, in a domestic accident.

Details of Mathew’s demise was sketchy but the deceased reportedly died at his parents’ Abakaliki residence in Ebonyi State on January 9. He was buried on Saturday in Okpokuegbe in Ekwetekwe/Ogbuinyagu autonomous community, Ezza North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, the Head, Press and Public Relations

PSC, Ikechukwu Ani, said in a statement, titled, ‘PSC Perm Sec’s 10-year-old son dies in domestic accident, buried today.’“You have become so attached to me that it will take many years to adjust to the reality of your permanent absence”, he lamented. The statement said, “Late Master Akachukwu was full of life as his usual self on January 9 and was all over the compound helping his parents to entertain visitors until tragedy struck between 5pm to 6pm.
