A 46-year-old Polytechnic lecturer, Mr Popoola Waheed, was on Wednesday arraigned before an Iwo-Road, Ibadan Chief Magistrates’ Court, for alleged forgery and theft of the institution’s fund.

The prosecutor, Sunday Ogunremi, Assistant Superintendent of Police, told the court that the accused and others now at large sometimes between the month of August 2016 to January 2017 at the Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki, in Saki magisterial district did conspire together to steal. He also said that the defendant and others now at large did forge the signature of one Mrs. Dolapo Omolola Ade‎niji in the same institution to withdraw salary.
