The Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, have closed their case at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
The opposition and its candidate are challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari in the February 23 poll.At Friday’s proceeding, the petitioners called their star witness and former Minister of Aviation, Mr Osita Chidoka. Meanwhile, the petitioners tendered documents from Zamfara State to support their petition before the Tribunal.Counsel to the Independent National Electoral Commission , Mr Yunus Usman, did not object to the admissibility of the documents.
