The gesture was part of activities marking the 14th commemorative anniversary of Late Pa Philip Olufunmilayo Akintoye. “He spent his active career life as a civil servant, ensuring that in his little way, he attends to the plights of the needy in Ado-Odo and its environs. It is, therefore, to the credit of his memory that many people, otherwise indigent students in those years, have today become highly accomplished professionals in various sectors home and abroad.
