The owner of the property, Alhaji Kadiri Adepoju had issued the ultimatum via his Counsel, Dr. D. A. Ariyoosu.
It was learnt that the property was given cheaply to the LCDA by the owner on agreement that it will maintain the property and pay electricity bills but disagreement arose when the owner, Alhaji Adepoju accused them of not taking care of the property. The document reads, “Your Authority is to pay the accumulated arrears consumption bills up to date and effect necessary repairs before delivering up possession of the aforesaid premises.
