One person has been confirmed dead as rival cult groups clashed in Oghara Community, hometown of former governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe

The deceased was allegedly shot dead during the clash between Black Axe and Vikings Confraternity.

One other suspected cultist was also shot by Security Operatives and he is currently receiving medical treatment at an undisclosed hospital just as another was also arrested. The Delta State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the report in a telephone chat with Our Correspondent in Warri saying, “It is confirmed. By my records, here one person was killed.”
