The Asiwaju Leragun of Egbaland, Chief Toyin Amuzu, has clinched the ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party to emerge the party’s candidate in Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, Ogun State.Speaking with our correspondent on Monday, Amuzu vowed to defeat the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 elections.
But, Amuzu boasted that he has all it takes “to unseat the APC by defeating any candidate the party puts forward for the poll.” Amuzu maintained that the residents and indigenes of Abeokuta South were the real winners, noting that victory belongs to God and the people.
