The traditional ruler and others at large were alleged to have committed the crime on June 5, 2021, at Kono Boue community in Khana local council of the state. Count two accused the monarch of allegedly harbouring one Christian Kina , “knowing him to be a member of Deywell secret cult and committed an offence punishable under Section 3 of the Secret Cult and Similar Activities Laws of Rivers State No. 6 of 2018 as amended.”
