NSA Monguno absent as Buhari meets service chiefs – Daily Trust

The National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno , was not in attendance as President Muhammadu Buhari meet with Nigeria’s service chiefs on Monday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Monguno is not a Service Chief. Which service is he presiding?

In my opinion, this meeting is an arrangement, just to debunk Monguno's allegations against Kyari; that MBuhari is/has been having meetings with Service Chiefs, and not the Kyari... I think so...

NSA is out of the country, he went to represent the president on a security meeting and he will be back tomorrow Tuesday according to reports
