The Nigeria Labour Congress has kicked against the decision of the Niger state government to cut salaries of civil servants by 30 to 40 per cent.The state government had last week offered to cut the salary of workers following what it described as a shortfall in its income especially from the Federation Account Allocation Committee FAAC.
