yearning for good governance.Abiolapaul on June 27, 2022 at 2:16pm Anambra Governor Chukwuma Soludo has said those dreaming to win the 2023 general elections under new parties are jokers.By Peter Moses Mon, 27 Jun 2022 16:20:04 GMT The organised Labour in Ogun State on Monday declared an indefinite strike over “pathetic plight” of workers in the State.by saharareporters, new york Jun 27, 2022 The Convener of the Northern Elders Forum, NEF, Professor Ango Abdullahi, has said Nigeria will be in chaos if either Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress or Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party wins the 2023 presidential election, stating that the duo have nothing to offer the country.

Esther, who stated this while playing host to the supporters of the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in the state, believed that what Nigerians are presently in dire need of is a leader that will take the people out of the dungeon of slavery. She said, “The Peter Obi revolution that we are all seeing today is a clear indication that Nigerians are tired of bad leadership. The Governor said a party without a councillor has nothing to offer. “It is a known fact that Nigeria is in a very bad shape, from security, to economy, to our social life, and every aspect of the country. The workers accused Abiodun of non-remittance of 21 months’ salary deductions, eight years of unpaid Statutory Leave Allowances and breach of the State Pension Reform Law, 2006 (amended 2013) in the implementation of the Contributory Pension Scheme. It is time to change the narrative or we will live with it for another eight years. He made reference to the recent defections from APGA to the Labour Party(LP) , adding, APGA remained the most formidable party in the State.” She added that the Labour Party in Taraba is ready to win both the governorship seat and the presidential election in 2023. “No, we still haven’t got the man who we think will fix Nigeria.

“No pension, no gratuity, no salary, particularly the primary school teachers, and our local government workers are suffering, we can’t continue like this,” she lamented. “However, they are not contesting elections. Following the expiration of the ultimatum, the labour leaders on Monday afternoon addressed workers at the Arcade ground at the state secretariat, Oke – Mosan, Abeokuta, where they declared an indefinite strike. Tarabans and Nigerians at large, according to her, will be faced with a decision in 2023, stressing that “it is either we want to suffer for another eight years in this state and Nigeria, or we want to change the narratives.” Though the party, at the time of filing this report, has no gubernatorial candidate for Taraba State, she, however, assured the supporters that in no distant time, the party would unveil the name of the right man for the job. APGA remains the third in Nigeria as the country inches closer to the 2023 general elections. Since the creation of the state in 1991 and the advent of democracy in 1999, Esther, as noticed by DAILY POST, is the first female chairperson that is presiding over the affairs of a political party. “Anyone who reports for duty tomorrow (Tuesday) is a traitor and it has never been well with a traitor,” Bankole said.
