The patient is an Italian citizen who works in Nigeria who returned from Milan to Lagos on the 25th at February 2020.
The Government has started working to identify all the persons who had contacts with the Italian citizen The Minister observed that Government through the Federal Ministry of Health has been strengthening measures to ensure an outbreak in Nigeria is controlled and contained quuckly adding that the multi-sectovol Cownovirus Preparedness Group led by the Nigeria Centre tor Disease Control has immediately activated its National Emergency Opeiotions Centre and will work closely with Lagos State Health authorities to respond to this case and implement firm control measures.

Do you know he was referred from a clinic in ogun state to Lagos? Investigate who referred him to Lagos and the ambulance that carried him. Health personnel treated him, ran blood tests on him before they hurriedly transferred him. Please trace it and keep everyone safe.

I want to know what happened to our airport health officers that were stationed there for scanning (If there was any). He got in on 25th and on 27th he was reported to be a carrier of the virus, did you not scan him? That person knew he has the virus and choose Africa-Nigeria

This is what has been running through my mind, track down everyone that has made contact with him from the persons onboard the flight, to airport personnels that attended to him...down to what ever means by which he got to the hospital. Everyone should be placed under quarantine

Started work, the flight manifest is with the airline who have their contact details. Immigration stamped everyone that came with that flight. They should have contacted these persons and tracing everyone before even announcing it. That’s what was done during Ebola time.
