Niger Court adjourns rape case against 40-year-old dry cleaner | The Guardian Nigeria News - Nigeria and World News
The Minna Chief Magistrate Court 3 , has adjourned the rape case against Ismaila Yunusa, a dry cleaner at the Ayishi area of Bosso in Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State.
Police prosecutor attached to the court, Inspector Emmanue Bassa, who confirmed the adjournment to The Guardian, said the Magistrate handling the case was engaged in another assignment.Bassa stated that the accused will have to remain in custody until October 26, the new adjourned date.
Recall that Abdullahi, was sexually abused by Ismaila, on Monday, September13 after she returned from school.Ismaila operates a dry cleaner shop in front of Khadijat’s residence at Ayishi area of Bosso, Minna. Read more: The Guardian Nigeria »
