in Edo State on Monday announced the arrest of three men with a truckload of suspected psychotropic substances valued at millions of naira.Mr Wakawa said the arrest was made last Friday at Ewu, Esan Central Local Government Area of the state.

The commander said the substances comprising 394,480 capsules and 3,000 tablets weighed 441.027 Kilogrammes.weighing 83.707 kilogrammes; 647,500 tablets of Exol-5 weighing 203.315 kilogrammes and 12,500 tablets of diazepam weighing 2.05 kilogrammes. The state commander further said 4,000 ampoules of suspected pentazocine injection weighing 16.64 kilogrammes were also found in the truck.

What happens to all the drugs they've been seizing since all these years? We only hear that they impound truck loads of drugs and hears almost nothing about it again? Do they use those things themselves or they sell them in the black markets? Don't tell me they burn them..
