The National Theatre Lagos, has conducted a one-day training workshop on marketing the National Theatre as a world-class event centre and entertainment hub.

The organisation also held another one-day programme on inter-agency engagement on the National Theatre approach to wealth creation.

Speaking at the training programme, the General Manager/CEO of the National Theatre, Prof Sunday Ododo said that the training was sequel to the first National Theatre workers’ capacity building programme in 2020. He recalled that despite the challenges posed by the ongoing renovation, the National Theatre has been busy in the year 2021 and its internally generated revenue attests to its productivity.
