Sylva said that the PIB would be the foundation of the continued growth of the oil and gas industry, adding “it is unfortunate that the passage was delayed for over 20 years and for very good reasons.’’“We cannot be changing the laws with that kind of sector too often because people are making long term investments with long term projections based on your laws.
Lawan said that the 9th National Assembly would continue to support all efforts to ensure the passage of the PIB.
