The mutilated remains of an undergraduate of the University of Jos, Jenifer Anthony, have been recovered from the Domus Pacis Guest House, in the Jos area of Plateau State.
Speaking with our correspondent on Thursday, Dung said Anthony’s whereabouts became unknown after she left to apply for the job. “We kept searching for her and continued posting that she was missing on a social media group she created for her business. I was also posting on my“So, someone called to inform us that he was the one that was supposed to convey her to the Varlaine Club, but that she did not go there. He said Anthony told him that her boyfriend had booked a room for her at a hotel and told him to drop her off around St. Morumba School.
As efforts were intensified to locate Anthony’s whereabouts, Dung said a lady called her on January 4, 2022, to say the police had found a corpse in a hotel.
What a terrible end. But there're so many lessons for the living in this gruesome story.
