The shadow election just to confirm the governors appointees mostly their senior political thugs. I concur it's fraud.
It is never election but selection by the governor of the state which some governor's suspend them when they are not playing their card in favour of the gov, which by Constitution no governor have right to suspend an elected LGA chairman but gov, wike of River State just did it
